They responded to my call the next business day. The plumber not only repaired the water leak and restored the gas flow to the stove, but also noted a drain leak which was repaired during the same visit.

Toilet overflowed into my hallway yesterday morning. Casey (my pro) was here within the hour and not only fixed my issue but found all the issues within our plumbing system and gave me estimates for 2 different ways to repair it. He was so nice and professional and gave me a quote before he even started working. 10/10 would recommend. Worth the $. Thank you Casey!!!

We had gotten back from vacation and this morning found our drains backed up. Called and made an appointment and got called back by Skylar within 2 minutes and told me he had two appointments in front of me but gave me a call he was on his way. Skylar did a great job explaining what he needed to do and did everything very well, within an hour he had the drain freed of the clog. Skylar is a very good worker and if I need help again you guys will get the call. Thanks!

The Mr.Rooter crew came the same day I called about our plugged drain caused by tree roots. Casey, Steve & Andrew worked for 4 hours to clear the roots and brought in additional equipment due to the line being 125 feet long. They kept me informed at regular intervals. They charged the original price quoted to me even though the job was more involved than I first thought. Very professional service!! Highly recommend!
